Job Title: Outbound Telesales Executive (Recruitment)
Location: Hybrid (regular office attendance in Nottingham, M1 J27 will be necessary)
Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days a week
Salary Range: £25,000-£28,000 Basic + Generous Commission Plan
The role of Outbound Telesales Executive
Our client has a unique opportunity for an Outbound Telesales Executive with at least 1 years' experience to join their team and be part of a new venture, specifically looking for new business opportunities with customers who have a recruitment need for contract and permanent positions. This role holds a unique opportunity for somebody who wants to develop and progress their career, ideally moving to a more consultative role as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New business development through identifying and prospecting potential new clients, including cold calling and lead generation
2. Regularly engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide updates, address queries, and strengthen partnerships
3. Growing your desk by achieving and exceeding individual and team targets for revenue generation and placements
4. Market awareness, keeping up to date with industry trends, market changes, and developments in the recruitment and hiring landscape
About You:
This role will require a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter and team player with a desire to succeed.
Skills Required:
1. Current or previous outbound telesales experience is essential. Any recruitment industry or IT services sector experience would be beneficial, but not essential
2. Solid experience of working within a team environment and understanding when to call upon the expertise of the wider Stoneseed community
3. Must be comfortable with cold calling prospective clients and using lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn and CRM)
4. Demonstrable experience of managing and growing a sales pipeline and understanding the necessary ratios to produce the volume of client wins needed by the business
