Accounts Assistant West Byfleet Office based 9am – 5pm £32,000 A manufacturing company based in Byfleet are looking for an experienced and organised Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. The role of the Accounts Assistant is essentially to provide accounts services within the department as outlined below during the hours as stipulated within the contract of employment The main purpose of an Accounts Assistant role is to: Assisting with other administration tasks such as setting up new webstore accounts Creating manual invoices, BD and Gift certificates invoices Assisting in other Promos invoicing Uploading invoices to the portals Helping with all other general enquiries Building effective customer relations Assisting in reconciling credit cards Dealing with invoice queries and liaising with suppliers and the admin team for resolution Processing and invoicing orders on both Sage and Promos, to include dealing with queries Uploading all UK Sage webstore invoices to the main ledger Accounts Assistant Specification: Experience with ERP systems, i.e., Sage 50 Accounts and Promos Excellent interpersonal and communication skills To have accounts experience High attention to detail Good analytical and problem-solving skills What you need to do now: If you're interested in this vacancy, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
