Acid Running is a luxury running apparel brand, based in central London.We believe that running has the unique ability to transform the body, heal the mind and enrich the soul.Launched less than 2 years ago, we’ve become quickly known for our unique aesthetic, cold colour palette, and ultra-soft fabrics.Now we’re looking to add to our growing team.The Role:We’re on the hunt for an ambitious product specialist to introduce an entirely new womenswear range, manage our current range and introduce new menswear styles, supported by the Founder, Product Developer and the rest of the team.Please note that as this candidate is being hired to introduce womenswear as a key priority, expertise in this category is a must.Key Responsibilities:New Product Development (Womenswear) - developing an entirely new womenswear range alongside the product developer, founder and specialist designers.New Product Development (Menswear) - Working closely with the founder to develop new styles in the menswear rangeRange Planning - Working closely with the founder and Head of Growth to plan ranges according to internal insights and seasonality.Inventory Management - Working with Head of Growth to maximise stock, replenishment decisions and sell-through rates.Product Collab Management - Working with product and brand leads at partner brands to deliver unique product collabsCustomer Service Analysis - Working alongside the Head of Growth to ensure customer service feedback is incorporated into product development3PL Partner Management - Working with the 3PL in order to manage inbounds from suppliersEssential Requirements:Expertise in womenswearLeadership experience at a garment brandAn understanding of running apparel and running cultureA flexible & resilient approach to work with the ability to work under high pressure and in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management skillsStrong project management skills and initiativeSelf-awareness of strengths and weaknesses, with a relentless appetite for learningAbility to work well within a teamStrong communication skills Resilient enough to handle constructive criticism, but also being brave enough to tell us we can do things betterA keen interest in fashion and cultural trendsNon-Essential / Bonus Skills:Experience at a running/sportswear brandExperience working with a 3PL/warehouseRegular runnerGarment-related higher education qualificationPerks:Large private office space by Borough Market, with complementary fortnightly massage, yoga classes and well-supplied kitchenDynamic and friendly work environment, shared with Spin social media agencyA remote working policy, which means you are able to work remotely (abroad or otherwise) for 1 month per year.1 hour early finishes on a Friday, with a pub next door :)
