Job summary In collaboration with Dementia UK, Merseycare NHS Foundation Trust are looking to recruit an exceptional Band 6 registered nurse with a passion for, and experience of, providing relationship centred dementia care to join our Admiral Nurse Service on a full time basis of 37.5 hours. Work base will be predominately Halton however there is an expectation of cross cover with Knowsley team if needed. Admiral Nurses are specialist dementia nurses who offer expert practical, clinical and emotional support to families involved in the care of a person living with dementia with complex needs. Main duties of the job As an Admiral Nurse, you will deliver specialist one -to-one support, guidance and practical solutions for families, alongside supporting best practice and providing role modelling within Merseycare NHS Foundation Trust.
