YOUR ROLE
* The expert/go-to person for all topics concerning processes from cluster/countries within the region.
* Adopting customer centricity mindset and CSX strategy within day-to-day team interactions with stakeholders.
* Identify and lead the implementation of regional initiatives, plans & pilot projects on target including risk management, focusing on process optimization and harmonization.
* Work proactively with CSX Country/Cluster Managers and CoE Regional Head to identify, evaluate, and coordinate process improvement project opportunities in line with Global CSX strategy.
* Document, track change status and maintain updated process documentation in line with audit requirements and governance rules, providing training to enable compliance with standards.
* Ensure alignment with major stakeholders, e.g. Global SC team, AO Regional Supply Chain, GBS+, DX, Functions, and Business Unit.
* Steer GBS+ support for Signavio maintenance.
* Support business & SAP process changes, interacting with dX, connection with operational teams & key users.
