Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a key role in a dynamic office environment? We’re seeking an Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our office.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for administrative duties as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. From handling correspondence and scheduling to managing supplies and ensuring a welcoming workplace, you’ll play a vital part in keeping everything running efficiently. You will also liaise with clients and assist colleagues with their administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow across departments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
? General administration, including emails, filing, and data entry? Managing office supplies and liaising with vendors? Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements? Ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and presentable? Supporting HR and finance with documentation and records? Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries? Liaising with clients to provide support and ensure excellent customer service? Assisting staff members with their administrative needs
What We’re Looking For:
? Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)? Excellent organisational and multitasking skills? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)? A proactive and problem-solving approach
