To work in partnership with the Triumvirate structure to provide a professional service to managers and employees, both agenda for change and medical and dental, on all aspects of employee relations in line with relevant Trust policies, processes, terms and conditions of service, best practice and employment legislation.
Work with directorate managers in a consultative approach to understand the specific challenges and improve workforce retention.
Contribute to the development of workforce plans in conjunction with the relevant business unit/directorate managers, Head of Employee Relations and Wellbeing and managers within the Workforce and Organisational Development directorate.
To champion Restorative and Just Learning Culture principles and practice.
Work with colleagues in the Workforce and Organisational Development (OD) functions, Business Units internally, and other NHS Trusts externally across the Sussex Integrated Care Board (ICB), and wider NHS, to maximise opportunities for shared learning and benchmarking best practice.
