As an HR Administrator, you will be keen to develop your skills and be involved in managing employee relations. You will work with our team to develop your skills, qualifications and knowledge of good HR practice in a gaming environment. For this role, you will need to be based a commutable distance from Leamington and work in the studio, full-time Monday to Friday. We will also consider part-time applications.
Third Kind Games - a Virtuos Studio, is a world-class co-development games studio. Third Kind Games was founded in 2016 by a team of nine former Activision veterans and became a Virtuos Studio in 2024. Our studio is based in Royal Leamington Spa and we also have remote studios in Poland and Spain. Our three studios have been built on the same original spirit and values since our beginning.

Role Overview
* Acting as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members.
* Supporting the Team Leads with day-to-day enquiries and requests for assistance.
* Creating and maintaining electronic personnel record systems containing all employment-related information.
* Requesting and replying to reference requests.
* Recording and updating the employee information on our HR database.
* Preparing accurate monthly data, ensuring reconciliation with holidays and sickness as required.
* Being a self-starter with the ability to work under your own direction.
What we are looking for from a Third Kinder
You would:
* Work with the HR Team and ensure responsive communication and support as requested for all employee and employment enquiries.
* Support and complete the HR administration process for new starters, producing contracts and employee correspondence.
* Support internal communication functions and updates for brand and tone of voice within TKG.
* Have the motivation to learn from your peers and grow your skill set.
* Some project management skills and the desire to support additional internal projects.
* Computer literate with programmes such as Word, Excel and other IT Systems.
* Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Adaptable and personable, you will have good people skills.
Skills it would be great to have
Experience with:
* Working towards a CIPD qualification.
* Looking for long term career development in Human Resources.
