New Homes Sales Consultant - North Thames Region
Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 basic | OTE: £55,000
Rota: Saturday - Wednesday or Thursday - Monday (1 in 6 weekends off)
Location: Based on a development site that works best for you within the North Thames region
Are you passionate about property and looking to join a well-established, award-winning house builder with an exciting pipeline of developments?
Our client, a highly respected and renowned developer, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their growing team within the North Thames region. You'll be based on a thriving development, selected to best suit your location and experience, where you'll be the face of the brand, guiding buyers through the journey of finding their dream home.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Welcoming and guiding potential buyers around stunning new build homes
* Managing the customer journey from enquiry through to reservation and completion
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
* Supporting buyers with sales progression and aftercare
* Working closely with the site team to ensure homes are showcased to the highest standard
Who We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in new homes sales is ideal but not essential
* Confident, personable, and target-driven with strong communication skills
* Proactive and organised with the ability to manage a busy, fast-paced site
* Able to work either Saturday - Wednesday or Thursday - Monday, with 1 in 6 weekends off
