Our client, a leading company in Dubai, and is seeking an experienced VP of Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment efforts and drive the growth of their talent pool. The ideal candidate will have strong experience at the VP level (or equivalent) in a similar capacity, and a passion for being hands-on in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the full-cycle talent acquisition strategy for the company.
2. Take charge of high-volume recruitment activities, including interviewing, engaging with candidates, and supporting hiring managers.
3. Work closely with the CHRO and leadership team to align talent acquisition goals with business objectives.
4. Lead, build, or grow a high-performing talent acquisition team.
5. Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient hiring for key roles.
6. Partner with senior leadership on staffing needs, industry trends, and recruitment challenges.
