About THE ROLE
PVH Wholesale is a major player and contributor to the success of the Region North business. Our premium, fast paced and digitally advanced wholesale environment is like no other offering an engaging client experience as well as an epic place to work!
The Key Account Manager is instrumental in the planning, implementation and delivery of the wholesale strategy and business growth for their accounts.
Responsibilities include:
* Work closely with Sales Manager in driving key account sales initiatives across individual channel
* Manage own portfolio of wholesale accounts, building strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key wholesale customers, providing excellent customer service
* Execute a comprehensive key account roadmap that aligns with the overall company strategy and our growth plans
* Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals for key accounts
* Focus on brands and category performance from a sell out as well as sell in perspective to create growth opportunities
* Regularly analyse and communicate commercial sales data and create action plans based on results
* Work cross-functionally with wholesale operations to optimise the shipping targets
* Be the voice of the key accounts regarding assortment planning and marketing plans
* Identify new/potential growth strategies within market and distribution
* Demonstrate intimate understanding of our products, vision, and business
* Accountable for the thorough implementation of all key account related initiatives
* Collaborate with marketing team to drive marketing strategies and initiatives
About YOU
* Previous experience in key account management
* Desire to own projects and exceed expectations
* Ability to build relationships with key buyers and merchandising teams
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Commercially astute and confident decision maker
* Ability to adapt fast and work with pace
* Immersive fashion trend interest and knowledge of major accounts
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Full Clean Driving License
