Working in partnership with a large MAT covering North West England, you will regularly be on-site in schools in areas such as Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, and Shropshire.
You will be liaising daily with a range of key stakeholders across the trust and their schools, from CEOs and CFOs to finance teams, Head Teachers, and Business Managers. You will have a Delivery Consultant working closely with you, who will provide support in the recruitment and retention of high-quality educators. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective coaching and development of this person to ensure collaboration with operations teams as well as effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are maintained at all times.
* Engage and own the relationship with key contacts across the schools to manage supply recruitment needs and performance.
* Proactively oversee recruitment requirements for the MAT, ensuring that all roles receive the required recruitment delivery to meet fulfilment expectations.
* Identify where there are educator shortages and implement effective recruitment and marketing plans.
* Own the SupplyBank programme use of the Vendor Management System (VMS).
* Effectively generate, analyse, and report on key data about own performance.
