Job Title: Assistant Part Exchange & Property Consultant
Location: New Milton
Salary: £24,000
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 am – 17:00 pm
Our client based in New Milton has an immediate requirement for an Assistant PX & Property Consultant to join their busy retirement property team.
The role will require you to engage with customers and potential clients to clearly explain the estate agency and Part Exchange (PX) services, offering solutions for property sales and purchases. You will support the Property Consultants and PX Manager in a fast-paced, sales-driven office environment to help meet and exceed team targets. This role includes a training path towards becoming a full Property or PX Consultant, reporting to the Senior Property Consultant.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively via telephone and email with customers to promote the estate agency and Part Exchange (PX) service.
2. Learn to accurately value properties and negotiate fees and sales to achieve the highest possible price.
3. Prepare property sales literature, ensuring all information (both verbal and written) complies with current legislation.
4. Maintain files, records, and software systems efficiently to ensure compliance with best practices and governing legislation.
5. Regularly engage with PX providers, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties to maximise service speed and efficiency from initial offer to completion.
6. Report offers both verbally and in written form, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices.
7. Update all relevant parties on the progress of accepted cases, recording information in software systems and gaining familiarity with the conveyance process to effectively manage caseloads.
8. Invoice providers and ensure timely receipt of fees.
