We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the maintenance department. You will oversee procurement, financial management, resource planning, administration, and fleet management, while driving IT and process improvements. You will manage key contracts, including materials, subcontractors, waste management, and more, ensuring value for money. Additionally, you will lead the Quantity Surveying and Contract Management functions and explore further opportunities to internalise services.

4. In-depth understanding and application of the National Housing Federation Schedule (NHF) of Rates (SOR), preferably Version 6-8.
On offer is a competitive package of £54,857 plus 5% car allowance of £2,743 totalling £57,599.85,
37.5 hours per week,
