Your new role
1. Process all transactional HR processes for clients but not restricting to recruitment, starters, leavers, variations, contracts, time management systems.
2. Providing support for the service and clients, including minute taking, post and service cover
3. Working proactively with other support colleagues in the team to ensure all tasks arepleted quickly and effectively.
4. Advertising,pleting financial administration, updating budgets and maintaining the in-house systems.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Previous experience within Administration.
6. The ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
7. Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
9. Work professionally and maintain confidentiality withpany and client information.
10. Previous experience of HR Administration is desirable but not essential.
What you'll get in return
11. 24-29 hours per week.
12. 3 months temporary role.
