Job summary The Programme Director will drive the design, delivery and implementation of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB)'s Acute Clinical Services Plan (ACSP). The Programme Director will be responsible for ensuring effective engagement with all system providers, including staff, communities, carers and patients. The Programme Director will support the CTMUHB Executive Team to ensure the appropriate governance, structures and process are in place to ensure delivery of the priorities identified. They will also be responsible for managing the risks identified and developing mitigations to manage those risks. Main duties of the job Will be responsible for ensuring that the ACSP Programme has the appropriate resources in place to support delivery of the workstreams identified. Will work closely with the Care Groups and Corporate Directorates to ensure resource alignment where opportunities exist for efficiencies. The Programme Director will implement effective programme management for all workstreams, ensuring effective reporting to the Programme Board, reporting on progress, key milestones and risks.
