This role is perfect for a driven individual with a strong background in the food solutions industry, particularly in selling into wholesalers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth within the wholesale market. Actively manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential wholesale clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share. Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment. Requirements: Proven experience working with meat, fish or poultry would be essential, with a focus on selling into wholesalers. A track record of successfully hitting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the meat supply chain and industry dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, hungry for success, and results driven.
