We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie or Sous Chef for our prestigious client, located in the Rye area of East Sussex. Our client is a gastro pub which also uses locally sourced seasonal produce.
As Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, candidates require a good level of experience, with a fine dining or gastro pub style background. Some straight shifts are available, such as a 4 day week.
Good kitchen management and food hygiene control skills are essential, along with the ability to work within a team and develop junior members.
The salary for the permanent Chef de Partie - Sous Chef positions ranges from £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus a share of tips. Commis Chef and Demi Chef de Partie candidates are also considered.
