Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and track new product introduction projects.
Develop and implement capacity planning methods to improve accuracy and identify potential bottlenecks.
Resolve project delays by collaborating with multiple departments to minimize impact.
Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within NPI processes.
Work closely with the business to plan future requirements based on forecasted demand and analysis.
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong understanding of manufacturing and business processes (preferably).
Project management expertise, including knowledge of Gantt charts and CAD software (SolidWorks is a plus).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of driving cross-functional projects.
Ability to work with diverse teams and influence outcomes.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is a bonus.
