Key Responsibilities:

* To provide high-quality coaching and training to apprentices, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.

* To work closely with other members of the team to ensure that apprentices receive comprehensive training and support throughout their programmes.

* To contribute to the development of training materials and resources, ensuring that they are relevant, engaging and effective.
">
* To maintain accurate records and reports, monitoring the progress of apprentices and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with:
">

* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Mechanic/Technician.
">
* An NVQ Level 2 in a related field (or equivalent).
">
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and apprentices alike.
">
* A patient and supportive approach, with the ability to adapt to the needs of individual learners.
">
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
