Main DutiesTo source, lead and manage UK new business development opportunities within Healthcare sector within the value range of £1m-£3m.Design win strategies with bid teams for bids and sales projects.Liaise with leads, stakeholders and operational teams of various divisions for business development.Design and present strategies to achieve sales targets.Collaborate with bid and pricing functions to promote productivity.Increase company brand recognition in the Healthcare marketplaceAnalyse client requirements, competitor strengths/weaknesses, and develop proposals accordingly.Conduct opportunity assessment meetings and manage proposal/bid process.Attend client site visits, briefings and ongoing relationship management meetings as required.Responsible for proposal commercial and solution strategy.Define proposal deliverables and develop value propositions for each bid.Prepare and submit winning commercial solutions, bid proposals, and presentations.Complete and update Salesforce and bid governance documentation.What we are looking forProven experience of working successfully in a facilities management environmentExperience of managing and participating in project teams that work, adopting project management disciplinesProven experience of delivery strong consistent win ratios against targetHighly numerate with the ability to understand commercial negotiationsA commercial thinker with the ability to understand and guide commercial negotiationsIn-depth experience of devising FM solutions for a variety of public sector typesGood interpersonal skills, influence and impact, working with othersA strong quality orientation and commitment to continuous improvementAn influential and persuasive communicator, with a high standard of written and verbal communication skillsA clear and strategic thinker, able to offer new and innovative solutions.
