On our latest staff survey 98% of respondents said they were proud to work for PossAbilities and 95% said they were happy working here Who you will report to On a day-to-day basis, you will be working under the direction of a Team Leader, but accountable to a Unit Manager The Hours Fantastic set hours of Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30 - no weekend working Your Purpose You will: Promote independence Maintain a person’s dignity and treat them with respect at all times Help to ensure our day service bases are happy and stimulating environments Support individuals to engage in a choice of meaningful activities either in base or out in the community (dependent on their funding) Support individuals with their personal care needs and ensure high hygiene standards Follow individuals' care and support plans, support strategies, risk assessments etc Support and assist individuals with moving and positioning Administer medication in line with a person’s care plan Adhere to PossAbilities policies and procedures Report any incidents of concern that arise in respect of Health and Safety, Safeguarding and other relevant incident management processes We asked our current employees what type of person/skills and behaviours they thought we should recruit for and these are the outcomes: What's it like to work at PossAbilities?
