Your role and responsibilities
A key role in assisting the sales team, the Regional Service Sales Engineer generates service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios within the designated area(s) for Motion Service (MOSE) in İzmir /Turkey. In this role, your strong sales and market knowledge will assist you in providing customers with efficient and effective solutions. Responsibilities include:
1. Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
2. Promoting customer understanding about the entire service sales product portfolio.
3. Charting out and monitoring sales proposals, tenders, and following up proposal statistics.
4. Preparing ABB's Service offerings based on customer needs and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
5. Planning and performing the right number of weekly sales visits, reporting them on CRM.
6. Performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls.
7. Penetrating IB, promoting various upgrade, retrofit, and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer and ABB.
8. Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.
9. Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
10. Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB's service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).
Qualifications for the role
* Graduated from Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Control Engineering.
* Experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.
* Product and market knowledge of Motion systems (Drives & Motors).
* Fluent in English and Turkish.
* Teamwork and customer-oriented profile with strong communication skills.
* Willing to travel frequently for customer visits and presentations.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills.
