We are looking for a new Home Manager to join our management team and to run a 3 bed children's home.
Our managers are extremely well supported with senior management staff always accessible, and the directors are approachable, involved, and accessible. CPD and involvement in the direction of the company is encouraged and promoted.
Responsibilities:
1. Make a difference in the lives of looked after children.
2. Organise and manage the paperwork requirements necessary to successfully run a children’s home.
3. Lead your team effectively.

Minimum Requirements: You must have had at least two years experience at a senior level within a residential children's home to be able to apply, appointment is subject to successful Ofsted fit person interview.
