Property Services Supervisor - £47,175Hybrid Working – 3 Days onsite in Hemel HempsteadAn exciting opportunity has arisen within our Asset Management Department for a Property Services Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the standard of communal areas and appearance of Hightown properties.Responsibilities include:Carrying out stock condition surveys on a designated patch, ensuring up to date accuracy of the property databaseVoid and health and safety inspections including pre and post inspections and frequently liaising with residents to ensure the expected property standards are maintainedConducting regular inspections including: Buildings, Grounds, FRA’s and asbestos as needed to meet the high standards expected by residentsSet and review targets for the Property Services Inspectors, aiming to achieve continuous improvement in performance, in line with the organisations targets, goals, vision and valuesTo apply for this role you will need to have the following:Knowledge or qualifications in a relevant sector, for example in building construction/surveying/building regulation, and experience of working within public sector housingPrevious supervisory or Line management experience within the Housing or Building construction sectorsAbility to climb stairs, ladders and scaffoldingA good general knowledge of IT, particularly Microsoft office packagesExcellent communication and customer care skillsA Full UK driver’s license and access to your own transport.Due to the nature of the role, you must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.About UsHightown is a charitable housing association operating principally in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
