About the role: As an Investment Operations Administrator, you will be providing efficient and effective dedicated administration support for the Investment Operations department. Working as part of a team, you will ensure the day-to-day ongoing needs of clients and financial planners are carried out to the highest standard and delivered within agreed SLAs. You will liaise with our technology providers and external parties to maintain smooth operations and to ensure all transactions are compliant and timely. Your administrative support will contribute to the success of the Attivo Proposition and associated projects. You will manage the onboarding and offboarding of clients, support with MIFID statements, and continuously review and improve workflows and processes. You will liaise with Attivo's client-facing teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients and keep financial planners updated throughout the business processing stages. You will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks whilst working as part of a team. As the role requires collaborative working as part of a busy team, the successful candidate will need to be based at our Cheltenham office a minimum of 2 days per week, with the option to work remotely the remaining days. About you: You will have experience working in a similar role, having either worked for a Financial Planning business, Investment Management business or directly with a Platform. You will be extremely organised and able to manage your time effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed within agreed timescales. You are able to take responsibility and ownership of ensuring customer requests are met in full, effectively prioritising and managing your workload. You have excellent verbal and written communication which allow you to provide exceptional service. You have a client-centric mindset and are always looking to enhance the overall client experience. You will have sharp attention to detail and work best when faced with a busy workload. You will be a team player and able to build key relationships within the organisation to ensure work is completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities include: To provide administrative support for the Investment Operations Team. Facilitate client instructions and updating client details. Maintain AIP and keep Financial Planners updated throughout the processing of business in accordance with Service Level Agreements Updating client details for Investment Operations Team The Onboarding and Offboarding of clients including updating CRM, informing providers. Continuously review own and team’s workflows and processes and offer support to other colleagues where appropriate In coordination with other members of the team, ensure that all housekeeping is maintained up to date to enable the smooth and efficient running of the department. Liaise with all Attivo client facing team to ensure best client outcomes. Essential skills and experience At least 1 year of customer service experience within Financial Services Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English or have the experience to demonstrate the ability to work at this level Strong responsibility and ownership to ensure our customer requests are met in full Prioritising and managing workload throughout the day. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders The ability to put yourself in the client's shoes, suggesting ways to improve our overall client experience Good teamwork and recognizing opportunities to build key relationships within the organisation Good attention to detail Resilience in challenging situations Desirable skills and experience Demonstratable experience of working with or for platforms, pension providers or custodians Knowledge of Microsoft and customer technology solutions Educated to degree level Knowledge of or willingness to learn about financial platforms, tax wrappers, investment products and distribution channels Experience working within a team and allocating workloads.
