Main duties and responsibilities
1. Optimising business performance as part of management.
2. Preparing BOD papers for review.
3. Inputting data into QuickBooks.
4. Producing monthly management accounts.
5. Performing weekly bank reconciliations.
6. Managing VAT submissions.
7. Updating financial forecasts and models.
8. Assisting with work order creation and management.
9. Managing KPIs and non-conformance.
10. Ensuring facilities are meeting-ready.
11. Administrating guest and visitor appointments.
12. Overseeing employee and Director expense claims.
13. Using software for business operations.
14. Managing filing systems (digital and paper).
15. Handling time sheets and cost allocation.
16. Recording/managing staff records, liaising with HR.
17. Performing internal HR duties.
18. Liaising with payroll for salary details and payments.
19. Contributing to product and business plan development.
20. Liaising with procurement, managing payments.
21. Raising invoices for sold goods.
22. Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
23. Arranging facility repairs and maintenance.
24. Supporting employee recruitment.
25. Reviewing and updating health and safety policies.
26. Arranging safety testing for equipment.
27. Managing QA/HSE processes for ISO accreditation.
