Short Break Service Manager – West Lancs Short Break Service
Full time, Permanent, 37 hours per week | Salary £44,711 - £49,764 per annum
Monday to Friday with occasional out of hours work / standby duty required.
As a Grade 10 Manager you will:
1. Be responsible for providing overall leadership to the service, in particular providing supervision, motivation & direction to the Team Manager and staff team within the service.
2. To ensure good quality, and person centred care and support is delivered.
3. Be the Registered Manager for the service ensuring that the Care Quality Commission essential standards of quality and safety are implemented, and that conditions of registration are adhered to.
4. Have responsibility for the management of a service budget and for delivering services within an agreed financial allocation.
5. Be involved in strategic planning for the service.
