We’re Fired Earth – a luxury interiors brand, launched in 1983, here to inspire customers with our unique collection of handmade tiles, paint and bathrooms. We help our customers complete their vision of ‘home’ and turn it into a reality.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sales Advisor who puts customer service first and works well as part of a team. You don’t need to know everything about tiles, bathrooms and paint, but having a creative flair with an eye for colour would be an advantage.
Working for Fired Earth is more than just a retail role; it's about treating customers as individuals and providing them with a truly consultative approach. Your day will be varied, and you will need good attention to detail, along with the ability to close sales and recall a wide range of product knowledge. You'll support the Manager on a day to day basis and lead by example, setting a high standard of customer service.
The role requires an organised, confident and outgoing person, happy to guide our customers through the choices to find the perfect solution and complete their vision of home. You'll think outside the box, going above and beyond to delight your customers and always thinking one step ahead to be the best team player.
Who you are

1. One to one selling and closing leads
2. Fantastic at building relationships and listening to detail
3. Experience with working with trade and exploring new opportunities
4. Multi-tasking and great at organising
5. Have a strong retail sales background
6. A proven track record of hitting sales targets
7. Leading by example and thinking outside the box
8. An interest in interior design or creative flair is desirable
9. A GCSE or equivalent in Maths at grade C or above is essential

The Detail
We're looking for the perfect person to join our small team in Harrogate. The hours include two Saturdays a month, some bank holidays and at times, lone working.
Salary: Based on experience.
