NHS Co-Ordinator Location: Springfield Hospital, Chelmsford Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract until March 2026 Salary: Depending on experience Benefits Summary: Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex leading private hospitals. It is a 68 bedded hospital all with en-suite facilities, three of which are two bedded parent and child rooms and a high dependency unit with three beds. There are six operating theatres, a physiotherapy department and on-site private GP services. The role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional individual with excellent organisational skills to join our team. Working as part of the NHS team, the role will include the management of NHS referrals and waiting lists, preparation of outpatient clinic lists, and dealing with queries regarding NHS referrals. As a NHS Co-ordinator you will be IT literate with good communication and customer care skills. A good working knowledge of excel is essential. You should be confident to work alone but also as part of the team. Hospital or medical administration experience is preferable, and a knowledge of the NHS eRS system would be advantageous. This will be FTC maternity cover until March 2026.
