Job Purpose: Join our client as a Sales & Reservations Consultant, where you'll provide exceptional customer service while selling a wide range of holidays. Your role directly impacts revenue, client satisfaction, and the company's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer expert guidance to customers, helping them select the perfect holiday.
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
Build and nurture customer relationships, maintaining high client satisfaction.
Respond promptly to web/live chat inquiries and chase leads through outbound calls.
Handle administrative tasks related to bookings, including flights.
Collaborate with Tour Leaders and other stakeholders.
Participate in educational trips and trade shows as needed.
Adhere to Health and Safety policies and work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays.
Skills and Experience:
Sales experience, ideally in the Travel Industry.
Strong customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.
Sound geographical knowledge and a passion for travel.
Consultative and empathetic approach to customer needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work autonomously.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) is a plus, but training can be provided.
