up to £35,000 basic + £40,000 OTE

Our client an Automotive software business is seeking an experienced and personable Sales professional to join an expanding business in Northampton.
This is an industry leader that offers a good working environment, lots of career opportunities alongside a extremely strong OTE. This role will require someone driven to servicing their client base with passion and hard work. All your leads are supplied so all you need to do is convert prospects to clients.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
* Building commercial relationships with prospective clients.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximise account growth and retention.
* Ensure the firm's CRM system is consistently updated with key contact details.
* Collaborate with stakeholders on PR initiatives.
Person specification:

* Personable – have a passion for speaking to new people and building relationships.
* Coachable – continuously willing to learn and be proactive towards problem solving.
