Operates in client-facing, fee-earning projects responsible for putting in place the digital and data infrastructure, processes and outputs required to support Programme Management Office (PMO) team activities. Including (but not limited to) reporting, data analytics, process automation, data modelling, data capture & integration. Provides management and ownership of the project work and outcomes, working alongside an Associate Director, depending on the scale and complexity of the project. You’ll need to have\: High level of technical expertise in your technology (ies) of choice. Experience of deploying Digital & Data solutions on client projects. Strong understanding of Microsoft technology stack and licensing models. Awareness of database design principles such as primary and foreign keys, normalisation, fact & dimension tables. Strong written and oral communication. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Stakeholder management at all levels. Aptitude for problem-solving. Good organisational skills, including time management, ability to manage self and others. Ability to challenge and ask searching questions of stakeholders in pursuit of the best-fit solution. Microsoft Level 2 accreditation (or equivalent) achieved within the last 3 years. You’ll also have: Experience of project controls and/or specialism in a functional area, e.g. Risk, Planning, Change, etc. Relevant IT or Digital qualification or vocation. Experience of client-facing work in Infrastructure and/or Property sector(s).Experience of and/or accreditation in database design/administration tools, e.g. SQL, Azure, etc. Willingness to share knowledge and support the development of others. Commitment to working inclusively. Strong presentation skills. Experience of manages teams. Note\: Please note this role will be based in our client’s office a minimum of 3 days per week.
