We’re searching for an Account Executive for Extended Stay & Central Sales to join on a FTC part-time (22.5hrs p/w) in London or Bristol to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators. Reporting to the Key Account Director, you’ll be a key support for the Extended Stay Sales Team whenever needed, managing content, reporting, identifying leads and supporting client relationships. Plus, you’ll contribute to our commercial growth strategy. What it looks like Support the teams in striving to achieve challenging targets Responsible for client portal content accuracy Being the champion of all systems and the go to person for them Ability to work as part of the team as well as independently Great customer service skills when required Manage business reports to help identify new and further business opportunities for the team Working on several databases to upkeep periodic reports Manage and lead on business trips, team travel, fam trips, client meetings and presentation preparations, including account reviews Biweekly / Monthly activity reporting Ad hoc Reservations support Responsible for creating / raising PO’s and invoicing What you will need Unfaltering communication skills Attention to detail Enthusiasm for planning and organisation Innate customer-centric attitude & approach A whiz on excel, PowerPoint and keen to learn new systems Natural organisational ability Confidence to act quickly and take smart risks Motivation and initiative to learn and develop Experience in a customer-focused role A passion and drive to get the job done Thrives on working under sometimes tight deadlines Why grow with edyn?
