The Role is for a Customer Service Advisor, working with a company that specialises in dedicated call support to vulnerable and older people. This is a fantastic role for someone who is interested in working for a company that offers a flexible approach to work whilst also providing a fantastic service to their customers. We are looking to recruit candidates who have personable, friendly approach who can provide comfort and reassurance to our clients, experience within customer service or health care is essential, office experience is not required This position is permanent from day one Job Duties Include: Speaking to Customers over the phone (Outbound and Inbound) Confirming Customer's Safety Helping report repairs for Customers Speaking to Housing Officers and other Family Members Skills Required: A Clear and Friendly Telephone Manner Excellent Computer Skills Keen Attention to Detail A Strong Desire to Reassure and Help.
