Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Legal Admin Assistant to join a regional award-winning law firm, which has various offices across Yorkshire. This role will be based in their Huddersfield offices and is suitable for someone who has previous admin assistant experience and can deliver a professional and friendly service!
In this role, you will be supporting the branch with the following responsibilities:
1. Typing
2. Reception duties
3. Management of post
4. Management of fee earner diaries
5. Opening new files
6. Inputting instructions into the case management system
To be considered for this role, you will have at least 12 months of admin or legal assistant experience within a law firm (or similar experience within the professional services sector). You will be a confident communicator, have a positive attitude, a strong attention to detail, and be able to deal with a high volume of work.
