are thrilled to be working with an amazing Automotive Business who are currently requiring a knowledgeable Parts individual to lead a superb team as Branch Manager at their York site.
Job Duties Include:
1. Manage and support the team with Daily Sales and Operations.
2. Communicate and provide knowledge to meet the needs of the customers and clients.
3. Motivate and achieve Sales Targets.
4. Put forward monthly promotions and offers to the customer network.
5. Continue to provide Strong Customer Service within all duties.
6. Lead a friendly and busy team to achieve branch and company targets.
Requirements:
1. 3 Years Parts experience (Either Motor Factor or Dealership, not essential).
2. Experience in MAM software and Kerridge is required.
3. Strong Communication skills.
4. Strong Organisational, leadership and guidance skills are also beneficial.

This is a rare position that has come available with our local client, offering the next step in your career. You will be part of a forward-thinking team and business who pride themselves on the service that they can offer. Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and alternate Saturday Mornings, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £35k and a strong bonus on top of this which is easily achievable and is hitting £55k.
