What Youll Be Doing Managing end-to-end import sea freight shipments Liaising with overseas agents, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely cargo dispatch Accurately managing shipments using CargoWise within agreed KPIs Maintaining high data quality standards to provide our clients with real-time updates via our industry-leading visibility platform Ensuring timely receipt and processing of documents and customs clearance information Planning and organising final delivery in line with client needs Proactively track and trace shipments, addressing any delays or issues. Ensuring client SOPs are consistently followed Issuing accurate invoicing and job costing Building strong relationships with clients to maximise long-term business opportunities What Were Looking For At least 2 years' experience in import sea freight operations within a freight forwarding company essential Proficiency with CargoWise (or similar Transport Management Systems) is desirable Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
