At COOLSPIRiT, our Sales Ops Support Manager is the backbone of our sales operation. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Managers, handle vital administrative tasks, and maintain the health of our CRM system. With room to grow in managing your own sales support team, this role is perfect for someone who wants to take ownership and make a meaningful impact on our overall success.
The Responsibilities
* Administrative excellence: Assist with daily quote requests, handle deal registrations, and support customer queries and opportunity management to keep the sales engine running smoothly.
* Project & resource coordination: Schedule meetings and resources alongside our Project Manager, ensuring Account Managers have what they need for successful sales campaigns.
* Customer follow-Up & support: Conduct courtesy check-ins, gather feedback, and uncover future opportunities to help customers – feeding valuable insights back to the Account Team.
* CRM management: Own the upkeep of our CRM data. You’ll keep records accurate, enter new leads, and ensure everything is up-to-date for maximum efficiency.
* Inbox & inquiry coverage: Step in for Account Managers when they’re out – handling emails, fielding customer calls, and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
* Team expansion & leadership opportunities: As our Account Team grows, you’ll have the chance to build and lead a Sales Support function, shaping the future of this critical role.
