We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our organisational culture and supporting the development of our people.
As a Human Resources Manager, your role will be to lead and manage all HR functions within the organisation, ensuring the effective and smooth running of operations across multiple sites. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, and ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
You will also work closely with senior management to foster a positive and productive working environment, promoting employee engagement and wellbeing. Your ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and drive HR initiatives will be crucial to the success of the department and the wider business.
