We are currently looking for an organised and detail-orientated Mortgage Administrator / Case manager to join our client's team in Leigh-On-Sea. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum CeMap 1 however this is not a necessity with relevant experience behind them.
This position is working within a fast-paced environment and requires a highly organised individual. Progression opportunities for those wanting to excel within the Mortgage Sector are available within the business.
Working hours:

Mortgage Administrator requirements:
7. Experience working in a Mortgage Administrator role
8. Excellent customer service and telephone manner
9. Confidence on the phone

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Administrator:
14. Liaising with clients in relation to required documentation & processes
15. Completing the online fact find with the client documentation
16. Completing ID checks and running any relevant property reports.
17. Supporting advisers package cases correctly
18. Speaking to lenders/solicitors & updating clients with their applications
19. Supporting clients from submission to completion of their mortgage
