Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the South West of England.
The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver assigned scope in line with relevant Safety, Quality, Time, and Cost targets for the Hinkley Point C project.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of diverse backgrounds and experience to achieve project objectives.
* Collaborating with delivery teams to define work scope and ensure timely resolution of constraints.
* Establishing task orders and managing contract administration through CEMAR.
* Conducting project reviews and performance analysis monthly.
* Ensuring compliance with project governance and progression of change control.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of delivering projects within complex environments while ensuring high safety, security, and environmental responsibility.
* Experience in managing engineering design, contract, and field execution strategies for project delivery.
* Strong leadership skills including project management, financial management, change management, and facilitation.
* Familiarity with NEC and FIDIC contracts, EPR design and construction, and CDM Regulations.
* Degree and chartered status in an engineering or related field desirable but not essential.
