The Role
As an Associate Director, you will:
* Lead landscape planning initiatives in the South West and South Wales, ensuring our team’s technical expertise continues to thrive.
* Co-manage our Renewables portfolio, driving growth, nurturing client relationships, and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
* Provide technical leadership, championing innovative methodologies and inspiring your team to excel.
* Serve as an expert witness and contribute to high-impact landscape and visual assessments, from feasibility studies to environmental assessments.
* Design and implement mitigation and enhancement schemes, shaping the landscape for generations to come.
What You Bring
* Extensive experience in landscape planning and LVIA, especially in minerals, renewables, or other infrastructure projects.
* Stellar report-writing skills and a Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
* A postgraduate or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
* A valid driving license and a passion for making a tangible impact on the environment.
