Business Development Executive Field-based covering the North West Basic salary of £27,000 £10,000 commission (on target) Extensive training and coaching provided The Resourcing Team is working exclusively to recruit a field-based Business Development Executive to join an award-winning digital recruitment and learning business for the social care sector. Their mission is simple. By connecting care professionals to providers, they can quickly and easily help plug shift shortages, without the need for recruitment agencies. This means less costs for the care provider or individual seeking a carer, and more money for the care worker. Care workers earn 100% of their shift rates, whilst clients can save 20-30% compared to using recruitment agencies. You will be responsible for growing our customer base of care providers in the Northwest. You will work as part of an ambitious, enthusiastic Business Development team that strives to make a difference and share our passion for changing lives in care. Role overview Your prospective customers will be social care providers in the Northwest including managers of care organisations or resourcing leads who recruit colleagues for their care organisation. You will be required to successfully reach out to and engage with prospective care organisations in the region using different channels including site visits, email and telephone outreach, generate leads and opportunities to demo the platform and showcase the many benefits it will bring to their organisation. Requirements Proven sales experience winning new business customers, working in similar sales or business development roles. Experience managing sales processes from start to finish – from identifying new prospects, securing initial meetings, carry out demo’s to successfully onboarding of new clients. Ability to manage solution led sales processes, tailoring solutions to reflect challenges care organisations may have recruiting or training staff. Proven track record of meeting sales performance measures, in similar or related sectors and environments. Exceptional relationship building skills, team player, keen to make a difference and grow with the company.
