Purchase Ledger & Payroll Clerk - DownpatrickFollowing an internal promotion a vacancy has arisen for a Purchase ledger & Payroll clerk within the Enva NI Finance Team based at Downpatrick. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring purchase orders and chasing approvals/receipts, etcMatching all invoices to the relevant purchase orders and resolving any relevant issuesProcessing purchase ledger invoices and credit notesCollating weekly timesheets and preparing weekly payroll input data for approvalInputting weekly payroll data and processing to completion the weekly payrollAdding all approved weekly paid new starters to payrollProcess all approved weekly leavers including the calculation of holiday pay and notice payments and issue of P45Prepare weekly report to HR detailing all starter and leaver detailsAssisting with the annual audit within group deadlines for purchase ledger & weekly payrollAnswer all telephone calls in a professional manner and deal with appropriately eg seek to resolve any accounts queriesOther finance/administrative duties as and when requiredSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseDemonstratable relevant experience in a commercial environmentExperience in using Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central or similar ERP systemExcellent computer literacy/proficiency in using the Microsoft suite of applications:
