We’re looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our team working with external partners to care for our collection of beachside houses and apartments, with interiors that inspire and sea views that lift the spirits. Each of our properties have one key attribute in common; they are all located within easy walking distance to a beautiful Cornish beach. The role: To source and appoint new external partners across all locations of Cornwall on the delivery of change over cleans providing a professional and comprehensive service. You will build a close relationship with the partners, meeting regularly and conducting checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained and service level agreements achieved. You would be responsible for the onboarding of new external partners with training and familiarisation visits for existing and new properties and provide training on systems used Working closely with colleagues in the Beach Retreats team on the feedback of property condition and monitoring and sign off of invoices. The role is based on a 37.5 hour contract over 5 days and will include weekends. About you: You’re reliable and good with timekeeping. You’re confident in working under your own supervision as well as part of a team. Full driving licence Previous experience of managing housekeeping services in a hospitality environment. Confident account management skills to work with external partners. A customer service focus. Good working knowledge of MS Office and reservations software. The ability to work weekends with days off during the week. Health and Safety expertise /qualifications. Specifically safe and legal standards for holiday lets. Experience of setting and monitoring of service level agreements Full clean valid driving licence. English & Maths GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent). Preferred sales experience between business and business and the negotiation of contracts.
