The role
As a Maintenance System Operator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency through expert support and innovative service improvements.
Day-to-day, you’ll facilitate timely work delivery by supporting service teams with Work Order systems.
* Manage procurement of spares, consumables, and office supplies.
* Enhance maintenance tracking for efficient customer service.
* Provide administrative support and compile data for reporting.
* Identify and implement improvements to boost service efficiency and quality.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 15:30, located in Sellafield, Cumbria.
Essential experience of the Maintenance System Operator:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experienced in service delivery environments.
* Familiarity with SAP.
Qualifications for the Maintenance System Operator:
* A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in English, a Science subject, and Maths is required.
