Position: Social Worker Locum in the LLS Review Team
Location: County Hall, Chichester, Worthing, UK
Salary: Up to £38 Hourly

Type: Full-time, Hybrid (one day remote)

Responsibilities:
* Work with adults aged 18 and upwards with various disabilities and health conditions.
* Conduct thorough strengths-based reviews and assessments, focusing on individual wellbeing.
* Utilise expertise in social work and relevant legislation to develop and adapt support plans.
* Engage in mental capacity act assessments to ensure proper support.
* Collaborate closely with a dedicated team, sharing insights and innovative ideas.
* Use Continuing Health Care checklists and decision support tools for enhanced care provision.
