As an AML and Conflicts Assistant, you will work as part of the centralised Business Intake Team, which has extensive knowledge of legal compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with checking documentation and AML information.
* Conducting research regarding clients and matters.
* Verifying information provided by fee earners and support staff, offering guidance on necessary documentation.
* Fielding and addressing enquiries from fee earners and support staff.
* Conducting and analyzing potential conflicts of interest using conflicts database searches in Intapp Open.
* Understanding the SRA Code of Conduct rules related to conflicts of interest and the duties of confidentiality and disclosure.
* Assisting with additional duties related to conflict resolution as required.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
* The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent IT skills across the MS suite of programs.
* A keen interest and willingness to learn new computer packages, software, and systems.

* Prepared to undertake training and flexible in approach.
