The Role:
As a Deputy Headteacher at Lowercroft Primary School you will support the headteacher in her role to lead the school as it continues to develop and grow. You will teach for 3.5 days a week and your leadership responsibility will be to develop Teaching and Learning across school.

* Someone who is excited to hear that Lowercroft has plans to improve teaching through the development of rubrics and instructional coaching and that you will play an instrumental role in this.

* Proven leadership experience, preferably in teaching and learning, but also in curriculum design and development.

* Provide strategic leadership and support the Headteacher in leading the school's vision, values, and priorities.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate the school's policies, practices, and procedures,
* Lead and manage teaching and learning and curriculum design throughout the school.
* Promote the safety and well-being of pupils and staff, ensuring good order and discipline.
* Lead, manage, and develop the staff, including appraising and managing performance.
* Organise and deploy resources within the school.
